Rodney King part 2…
Philadelphia police officers were caught on camera beating and kicking three men in an excessive display of police brutality. Oddly enough, the victims were alleged gunmen in a separate incident.
Hmm…do two wrongs make a right?

On May 8, 2008 at 1:04 pmNo justice no peace. I dont care what them peoples say, if my man michael vick is in prison for animal cruelty then lock them pigs up for human cruelty. That one black lady was so right and its just a shame. I know them negros was probably acting a fool and had just did something bad, but like you said johnjohn, does that give the pigs right to beat the them? These cops been wilding out for reals. I’ve seen too much thats y a sister like me don’t trust the cops. Naw kid, I can’t trust em’. My heart goes out to the fam.

On May 8, 2008 at 1:09 pmSomebody pray for me, God said be slow to anger. I’m trying to be slow to anger. It’s a good thing I moved from Philly a few years ago, cuz the Lord knows I would’ve been protesting, boycotting work and all of that to make myself heard. It’s just terrible to see that video. What system are we living in? Two wrongs do not make a right. That’s only in math sweetie pies. It’s just awful. I’m praying for everyone, the cops included. But it’s time we hold police responsible for their actions. In the town I live in, the police don’t work too hard so they don’t really mess up much, but I’m a regular with the national news. It saddens me.
And Im not trying to steer away from the situation, but the attorney that spoke was very goodlooking man. I just had to add that in. I’m married, but these eyes still work.
But to end this I’d just like to say, it’s time we take a stand, because if we don’t the country will continue falling.

On May 8, 2008 at 6:48 pmWhy is it that its always black people that are victims of police brutality. Either we’re doing something wrong or the cops are like Bush; they hate black people.

On May 12, 2008 at 6:16 amBlack people always put themselves in those positions. That’s the first problem. The police aren’t right for doing the men like that, but at a minimum, its good training. The young black men hopefully will learn a lesson from it. Although it’s no consolation, we will just have to trust the judicial system to handle the policemen the right way. Either way, I think individually, all parties involved will learn from it and think twice or thrice the next time they find themselves in a similar situation. The calculates as a win for everybody.
