Hip-hop star 50 Cent is risking his macho reputation by launching his own range of male grooming products.
The platinum selling rapper is notorious for making profitable business decisions outside of hiphop music, but his most recent venture has left some people scratching their head in disbelief.
The rapper is branching out into the beauty business and is currently putting the finishing touches to a male cosmetics line, including moisturizers and night creams.
Said one industry veteran, “I think 50 realizes he’s on borrowed time in terms of making music so he’s capitalizing on every opportunity. I wouldn’t be surprised to hear about a 50 Cent cheeseburger at this point.”
A spokesperson for the rapper explained, “50 prides himself on having a ripped body… he’s on a health kick and barely touches alcohol. So he will focus on the guy who likes to pamper himself”.
