SOLANGE KNOWLES is so obsessed with Twitter.com, her superstar sister BEYONCE has to use the social networking site to communicate with her.

The Irreplaceable hitmaker is very protective of her younger sister and insists the two are close.

But she’s been forced to make an extra effort to reach out to Solange since her sibling first logged on to the site, and she’s resigned to reading updates about her sister’s life online with the rest of the world.

Beyonce says, "It’s hard to get in touch with her because all she does is Twitter. I have to call my cousin to Twitter her – although now she’s joined the campaign to try to get me on Twitter."

However, the pop star, who is a self-confessed techno-phobe, insists she has no interest in joining the latest online fad, adding: "I pick up the phone”.

Rumor has it that Beyonce doesn’t do text messages, email, twitter, facebook, or myspace…dang, even my Mama uses email and text messages.
