Both The Bachelorette spoilers and conventional wisdom have had J.P. Rosenbaum in the final two all season – but is Ashley Hebert making a huge mistake?

We won’t say anything more about whether J.P. is in fact the winner (follow the link above for the latest on that), but in Touch says he’s living a double life!

Many memorable castoffs from the Bachelorette, along with Ashley Hebert herself, took the stage in the show’s Men Tell All pre-finale special last night.

As expected, there were some fun exchanges, but no real fireworks, with too much time spent on early season figures and Bentley not even showing.

This coming Monday will tell the whole tale, but meanwhile some spoilers and predictions are lurking on the net, one of which is a biggie:

Blake Lively is far removed from the Upper East side in this photo.

Sporting an assortment of new tattoos, including two butterflies and some bands on her arm, the 23-year-old star was seen in character on the set of Savages.

Yesterday’s Winners: the Bachelorette (ABC) Honorable Mention: Hell’s Kitchen (Fox), Masterchef (Fox), Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition (ABC) Repeat Count: 54 percent of the line-up was encore telecasts. Ratings Breakdown: ABC opened the week on a winning overnight note as usual, beating a night of all originals on Fox by 1.0 rating points. But results among adults 18-49 could be more of a horse race thanks to the return of Hell’s Kitchen on Fox. Third overall was a night of all repeats on CBS, followed by NBC and lowly the CW, which has been hurt by the lack of any original programming this summer. Summer favorite the Bachelorette on ABC took top-rated honors for the evening, with a 5.6 rating/9 share in the overnights from 8-10 p.m., and the half-hour breakdown as follows: the Bachelorette (ABC) 8:00 p.m.: 5.5/ 9 (#1) 8:30 p.m.: 5.5/ 9 (#1) 9:00 p.m.: 5.6/ 9 (#1) 9:30 p.m.: 5.8/ 9 (#1) whoever watches the Bachelorette, no doubt, sticks with it throughout the two-hours. Next on ABC was recent entry Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition, which won the 10 p.m. hour with a 4.0. 7 and is expected back next summer. in season-premiere news, aforementioned Hell’s Kitchen on Fox returned with a second-place 4.0/ 7 in the overnights at 8 p.m. Although the Gordon Ramsay-hosted reality/competition trailed the first hour of ABC’s the Bachelorette by 27 percent in the overnights, the gap among adults 18-49 should be smaller. With stronger lead-in support, Masterchef at 9 p.m., also hosted by Ramsay, rose to a season-high 4.0/ 6 at 9 p.m. over at CBS, there was nothing unusual to report with its encore combination of how I Met your Mother (#4: 2.9/ 5), which received no Emmy nominations last week, an 8:30 p.m. edition of Mike & Molly (#4: 3.0/ 5), Two and a half Men (#2, 3.9/ 6), the regularly scheduled edition of Mike & Molly (#4: 2.6/ 4) and Hawaii Five-O (#2: 3.4/ 6).

J.P. Rosenbaum really stepped up to the plate Monday.

In the aftermath of Ashley Hebert being crushed by Bentley Williams emotionally, J.P. was there to pick up the pieces – and by being a rock she could lean on (and wear pajamas in front of), he emerged as a top contender.

1308610770 63 Fischer recalls a chess masters undoingBy Kevin McDonough June 06, 2011 12:00 AM Most Read·Most Emailed

Genius, fame and paranoia loom large in the thoughtful and entirely captivating documentary “Bobby Fischer against the World” (9 p.m., HBO). A brilliant and focused child of a single mother with a politically radical background, Brooklyn-born Bobby Fischer would seem an unlikely candidate for international fame. His single-minded dedication to the game of chess began early and by age 8, Fischer was beating much older players, sometimes challenging dozens of them at a time. The film offers a wealth of footage of the young Fischer, a curiosity for the media long before his defeat of Russian chess master Boris Spassky at the 1972 championship made him a worldwide hero. “Fischer” does a great job of exploring the ancient game of chess and its insular society of world class champions. It also recalls the emphasis the Soviet Union put on the game as part of its propaganda efforts. The film’s title has more than a double meaning, spending its final half documenting Fischer’s descent into paranoia; his renunciation of his U.S. citizenship, his celebration of the 9/11 attacks, and his obsessive anti-Semitism. The mere effort of describing Fischer’s rise and fall implies some causal link between his unique gift and his pathetic self-imposed exile. but making sense of his madness, or anyone’s mental illness, remains beyond the powers of any film, even a movie as spellbinding as “Bobby Fischer against the World.” HGTV used to be the place you learned to do things yourself. Now that’s why you watch DIY. HGTV is now home to shows about passive people who have things done for them by expert celebrity hosts bearing product placements by the truckload. this trend continues with a vengeance on “HGTV’d” (9 p.m., HGTV) where a network fan gets a makeover in the form of network promotion. But no sublimation of the personal to the corporate is more complete than “My Yard goes Disney” (8 p.m., HGTV) a six-episode series about folks turning the back garden into a fully licensed mini-theme park. Personally, I’d like to see a show dedicated to the people who live next door to these Disney dreams. That’s a ripe situation for a comedy. Or perhaps homicidal longings.

After last week’s Bachelorette season premiere, the stakes were even higher this week as Ashley Hebert cut her field of suitors down to 15 from 18.

Did she thrive in her element? How did she handle the pressure of the first one-on-one dates?  is she even cuter than we thought? who got the chop?

1307485578 86 A Winemaker Woos the BachelorettePlus, Moët plants roots in China, babes in wineland and an obscenely extravagant wine box (it’s ok—it’s for charity) Posted: June 2, 2011

• We love it when wine and pop culture intersect—after all, spotting bottles of wine we recognize on Cougar Town is one of our favorite pastimes (bonus points to those who noticed Orin Swift’s The Prisoner and Kosta Browne along with us on recent episodes). so imagine our delight when another of our guiltiest pleasures, ABC’s The Bachelorette, has a Sonoma winemaker as one of the men trying to win Ashley Hebert’s heart. Benjamin Flajnik (or “Ben F.” as he’s known on the show) is the 28-year-old co-owner of Evolve Winery in Sonoma, along with partner Michael Benziger. on the first episode, Flajnik came out of the limo with a bottle of his wine, the Evolve Sauvignon Blanc Sonoma Valley 2010. Unfiltered thinks it was a pretty slick move, as we’ve tried the wine ourselves and found it wonderfully juicy and intense, with plenty of bright citrus flavors. Hebert also liked the wine (and the winemaker); he was handed one of the coveted roses at the end of this week’s episode (as were about a dozen other guys). We spoke with Flajnik, who couldn’t comment on the details about the show, but did let us know that the wine has been well-received, and he’s working on a value line of wines under the Evolve name. currently, Evolve has three different wines made from purchased grapes in Sonoma and Napa, focusing on vineyards that are grown sustainably, organically or biodynamically. “I love the lifestyle,” Flajnik said of being a winemaker. “I love that it’s an art, and that it’s an expression of us.” well, we love a passionate winemaker, so it’s going to be easy to continue to root for him both in wine and in romance.
