Police in Suffolk, County new York are still investigating a suspicious fire that destroyed a mansion once owned by rapper 50 Cent. Police may have a more difficult time determining if the blaze was deliberately set, as the property has been sold twice since the fire. 50 sold the .86 property last year for $365,000. According to Newsday, the new owner is seeking $475,000 for the land and has tamed with a new builder to construct a home that could sell for as much as $1.5 million dollars. 50′s old mansion burned to the ground in 2008, just days after a heated argument was caught on videotape between 50 Cent and his ex Shaniqua Tompkins, who was living in the house at the time of the fire with their son Marquise. a total of six people escaped the fire unharmed.
