I´m a huge Ice-T fan and I own records of pretty much all the rappers featured in the trailer. I`m not against learning from our elders. However none of the guys in the trailer has put out a good album in the last 5 years. Not one of them is relevant to kids growing up listening to rap today.

SOHH asks two players to name their top 5 rappers of all-time, then pits their lists head-to-head to see whose hip-hop picks reign supreme. to make things tricky, we’ve created a “Hall of Fame” of emcees (see right) who are universally respected and therefore may not be mentioned by either player.

Montreal’s hip-hop community is mourning the loss of the rap artist known as Bad News Brown.
Ok…I actually liked what he had to say. His theory may not apply to all rappers…but definitely describes most of them.
