JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Each year, the Florida Black Expo gets bigger and this year is no exception.Gospel artist Vickie Winans will host a $11,000 Florida Gospel best Competition.Actress LisaRaye McCoy and Actor Laz Alonso will make an appearance and sign autographs.Jacksonville’s Mayor Alvin Brown and CNN Political analyst Jamal Simmons will host a panel discussion on “Broadband Internet: Connecting you to the jobs of tomorrow.”R & B artists Noel Gourdin and Joe will close the show with performances.There will be a health fair that will include free healthcare screenings.New this year, A Taste of Jacksonville.It will be held Friday, October 7 at the Garden Club of Jacksonville.
