Kwame Kilpatrick, the mayor of Detroit, is currently facing felony charges for perjury after text messages from his work phone proved that he was having an affair with his assistant.

Coincidentally, Kilpatrick recently established an initiative mandating all text messages on work phones be considered private property and therefore honored under each employee’s privacy rights.

Saddam Hussein’s personal diaries from when he was in prison were released this week. Oddly enough, one of his main concerns was catching the HIV virus while in prison.
