Another day, another lawsuit…this time against Harlem one-time:
A Harlem woman and her boyfriend are suing the NYPD for $24 million, claiming that officers beat her with billy clubs, broke her nose and arrested the pair after she tried to film cops busting a man. Hope Gonzalez, 30, says she and her boyfriend, Pedro Gomez, 37, were shopping Oct. 14, 2009, when they saw a young man being “abused” by several police officers on Riverside Drive at West 158th Street.

I’m 37, and I’m glad I’m old enough to be a little old fashioned, but yet not too old to adapt to how the world has changed. Technology has been misused and overused by just about all of us. we need to teach youngsters old fashioned values that technology can’t take the place of, if they’ll listen to us.
