Laurence Fishburne appears to be pretty ticked off at his porn star daughter, Montana Fishburne. she says she has been calling him to try to talk to him about her decision to become a porn star and he will not call her back. I can see being mad at this girl. she not only thought it was a good idea to become a porn actress but she didn’t warn her father about her career choice. Top that off with the movie distributor using his hard-earned name in the press release for her movie.
New information has surfaced that she was arrested for prostitution last year and avoided jail by signing up for a work-alternative program. she pleaded no contest to trespass and received 2 years probation and was warned not to prostitute herself. The lawyer who represented her is reportedly Laurence’s attorney so I’m guessing he knows about the arrest. so her now going into porn is probably the last straw for the man.
Montana tells Black Voices her mother is not happy with her making this movie: She’s not happy, but she wants me to be happy. She’s more concerned with if I’m ok. I love my mom so much. She’s supportive. I’m happy that she’s not dying over this. My mom is more conservative than my dad is.”
I think she’s trying to give the impression that her mother supports her going into porn but I read it as her mother saying what are you doing to yourself? I don’t see how a mother could think this is okay. Her mother is a co-owner of a gym and is a personal trainer. Sounds like a hard worker to me and I doubt she would see this as okay for her daughter.
You might be wondering how much she got paid for this movie, word on the streets is $25,000. Yea.
