Lady Gaga has been crowned the world’s most charitable celebrity. The 25-year-old pop singer received the honor once again as part of DoSomething.org’s annual “Celebs Gone Good” list.
Pint-sized pop icon Justin Bieber came in second place, with actors George Clooney, Will and Jada Pinkett Smith and Leonardo DiCaprio rounding out the top five spots.
Gaga, 25, won accolades for backing anti-bullying legislation, the start of her Born this way Foundation and her continued support of the MAC AIDS Fund.
Bieber jumped to no. 2 from no. 10 last year after launching his multi-faceted believe Charity Drive and encouraging his army of dedicated “Beliebers” to support the school-building charity Pencils of Promise.
Clooney gained recognition for his advocacy of human rights in Sudan.
Rounding out the top five were Will and Jada Pinkett Smith and Leonardo DiCaprio. this was a year for celeb power couples, with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie clocking at #8, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore at #12 and newlyweds Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert at #14.
