Singer and songwriter Erykah Badu welcomed her daughter into the world while broadcasting updates on internet.
Badu and boyfriend Jay Electronica became the proud parents of a baby-girl Sunday at 1:30pm. The couple provided updates throughout delivery via Twitter saying, “It’s the happiest day of my life!”
Erykah, 37, delivered her third child naturally. “I’m doing foot squeezes and foot rubs when the contractions hit,” Jay Twittered. “Puma is rubbing her hands.”
Puma is Erykah’s 4-1/2-year-old daughter with rapper D.O.C. There’s also son Seven Sirius, 11, with Outkast’s Andre 3000.
