And while Jenni is no stranger to throwing a punch or two, especially in her earlier “Jersey Shore” days, it seems she’s come around and is urging people to keep the Bruce Lee stuff out of their domestic arguments.

Practice restraint: “Don’t bring up his past mistakes or problems, don’t threaten to call his mother, and don’t call him names. Act like an adult, for fu**ing crying out loud! keep the smart-ass remarks under your hat.”
Open your ears! “Don’t just wail on his ass without giving him the opportunity to explain and say how he feels–tempting as that may be. even if you’re not liking what he’s telling you, he deserves to have the floor for a few minutes.”
Don’t swing: “No punching him in the face, no throwing a plate at his sh**-talking mug, no kicking him where it hurts. If you have to, take a walk around the block to cool down. If you’re too pissed, you’re better off tabling the talk until the steam stops pouring out of your ears.”
