Nick Cannon sends Mariah Carey love letters every day. The presenter-and-rapper – who married the singer in April 2008 – revealed he collected all of their notes and had them printed in a special book to mark their first wedding anniversary last year.
He said: "She likes to be inspired. She is an emotional, sensitive woman. You need some daily inspiration. "On our first date, I promised her that every single day, I would write her an email, call her, send her a text with an inspirational message and from that day forward I did it every single day".
"On our first anniversary of our wedding, I took all those messages and bound them in a book. To this day I still write my wife at least one love letter per day and I’ll do it as long as we both shall live."
