Her nose is probably the only thing "natural" on her body.
The 29-year-old socialite – who recently embarked on a new healthy eating and fitness regime after unflattering photos of her appeared on the internet – insists the rumors she has gone under the knife are false.
She said: "There was this thing on the cover of a magazine in the States saying that I’d had my nose done, but that’s probably one of my biggest insecurities and what I’d want done. It’s all made up."
However, the brunette beauty wouldn’t rule out having cosmetic surgery in the future if she felt she needed it. She said: "Maybe one day I’ll have something done. I don’t think I’m the type to say no, but I haven’t had butt or cheek implants like lots of people are saying."
