Yea right…as if they really had a choice.  If Oprah said eat plastic, her employees would say….where’s the hot sauce.

Media mogul OPRAH WINFREY is hoping to reduce the number of accidents on the roads – she’s asked her employees to set an example by promising never to use a cell phone while driving.

Workers on the show have been asked to sign a document that reads, "I pledge to make my car a No Phone Zone. Beginning right now, I will do my part to help put an end to distracted driving by not texting or using my phone while I am driving. I will ask other drivers I know to do the same. I pledge to make a difference.”

But insiders tell Radar Online that not all of Winfrey’s staff are happy with the star’s latest campaign.

A source tells the website, "Some were complaining that they had just purchased hands-free devices and now they can’t use them. They’re worried this will hurt them from doing their jobs. But it was pretty clear to everyone that it would not be good to resist signing it. You don’t mess with Oprah."
