EVERY man Rihanna has publicly consorted with has suffered. Rihanna brings nothing but bad luck and grief to EVERY relationship she’s been in:
1.) Chris Brown. we ALL by now know the “Feb 8th, 2009″ story; or do we really?! did Chris, for no reason, just “go-off” on Rihanna? or was it Rihanna, who had the long-established habit of lashing-out in anger and frustration when she couldn’t get her way? Wasn’t it 2007, during an interview with a Minneapolis radio station, when she bragged ’bout smashing bottles upside her brother’s head? Sure she did: hiphopnewsdaily(dotcom)/archives/2239 Wasn’t it Rihanna who read Chris’ text messages, on HIS phone, then flew-off in a rage and then began to “SLAP, PUNCH, AND STRIKE” HIM NUMEROUS TIMES WHILE HE DROVE” on that Feb 8th, 2009 evening? ..Everyone thought Chris’ career was finished, but God, LORD OF ALL THE MIGHTY, thinks/wants different: #1Movie. #1CD. Sold-out shows. Standing-room only, Neilsen-grabbing/record-setting Live Appearances. etc, etc.. and the last SHALL be first: the Prodigal Son TRIUMPHANTLY returns!
2.) Matt Kemp. Before Rihanna, Matt Kemp was an up-and-coming L.a. Dodger. Coming off the 2009 MLB season, he enjoyed much success. Not long after, he was THEN seen with Rihanna on that boat in Mexico. he was pictured groping her ass – “Matt/Riri”, as a couple, begins! he then signs a 2-year $10-Million contract. everything looked good for Matt, he was WELL on his way; NOT!..Come the 2010 MLB season, he begins to slump. the slump began to deepen and grow longer. there was ‘talk of Matt’ “NOT hustling”; talk of him being lazy. Talk of him not making the “extra” effort. he then didn’t even want to travel with the team – he preferred to travel with Rihanna (she already had baggage handlers at the ready)! the dissatisfaction with Matt grew into ‘open’ “Trade him/demote him to the minor leagues” talk. the Dodgers finished with a losing season, and Matt was the symbol, and at the epicenter of that vortex.. Then comes a video, late 2010, of Matt picking up groupies outside of some L.a. club: “Matt/Riri” are NO more!
..2011 MLB season begins. something is then different ’bout Matt! No one can put a finger on it. He’s hustling more and trying harder. his slump ends and he begins to ‘turn it around’, so much so, that he THEN enjoys T-H-E absolutely BEST season of his young career. Matt Kemp finishes a close second to Ryan Braun of the Milwaukee Brewers, in the NL’s MVP voting. the L.a. Dodgers are pleased; they’ve NOW signed him to a HUGE contract. But wait, what’s this, Matt and Rihanna are pictured together in London?! Yup! It’s true! They’re ALSO pictured together in Vegas over the NYE holiday/festivities. It IS true: Matt/Riri are again a couple!
While Chris Brown finally saw Rihanna for the festering plague that she indeed is, learned, rebuilt his career, and moved-on: upwards; Matt Kemp plays the fool!! He’s the epitome of “The Dumb Jock”!
There’s just something..’negative’ ’bout Rihanna. While we don’t know her personally, we’re witness to the destruction, confusion, sadness, and broken spirits she leaves in her wake.
