Kimora lee Simmons recently announced she is taking on a new business venture with the launch of her new skincare line called Shinto Clinical. she says you’re never too young to prevent aging.
“I realized this whole generation of young people has grown up with me. we are no longer living in the clubs,” she said. “We have responsibilities, we have families, we have kids — I have two husbands, I always say I have an ex and a ‘next’ — I have three kids. I have a million jobs. so I wanted something that certainly addressed my particular needs in skin care.”
The 9 piece line includes an anti-age moisturizer, anti-wrinkle serum, an eyelash enhancer, a pore minimizer, a micro-dermabrasion cream, and a skin lightening product. There is also an anti-age cleanser and toner, and an anti-cellulite cream that will be launched later in the year.
The target audience for Shinto is women aged 25 to 45, and the product line will make its debut Feb. 24 on QVC.
