Sportsman, rapper and reality TV star SHAQUILLE O’NEAL is almost a single man again after reaching a divorce settlement with his estranged with SHAUNIE.
Under the agreement, the Florida courts will have jurisdiction to officially divorce the couple, according to TMZ.com.
Shaunie O’Neal’s lawyer tells the website the California courts will have jurisdiction over any issues related to child custody. In addition Shaunie allegedly will maintain ownership of their Orlando home while receiving $50K a month in alimony and $120K a month in child support. Plus and undisclosed lump sum payment.
Shaunie filed for legal separation from the basketball superstar in November (09). The couple shares four children.
