We got there early to catch local boys Rainbow Danger Club, who unfortunately only played about a 4-song set, possibly due to some sound problems. Most of our time was spent bouncing between the Street Jam stage (mostly hip hop) and the Oppo main stage, running across to Oblivion when possible but managing to miss most of the highlights over there.
Young hip-hop group Travis Porter features Kelly Rowland on this new single , slow Motion that shows another side of the “Turnt Up” group out of ATL. Although the guy’s slow down there lyrics, it is Kelly Rowland’s voice that really makes the track stand out from the typical Travis Porter joint. This song may actually be really successful in the slow-dance market in clubs, and it will be interesting to see the reviews and ratings of this song in the coming weeks.

October 4th is the official release date for Styles P’s fourth album Master Of Ceremonies and during a chat with Smash Block TV, the Yonkers, New York rapper says that new music videos are coming up, plus that Wu-Block album.
But even if my expectations were low, I still knew this was Game. this was the rapper with two classic albums, Dr. Dre backing, and a refreshingly goofy outlook on rap. I thought that even if the album would be messy, it would at least be intriguingly idiosyncratic. but on that note, it seems I was wrong. It’s not as though “The R.E.D. Album” has no character. It just doesn’t have any of Game’s character, and its failure to have any singular identity leaves it feeling simultaneously bland and overstrained.
