Beyonce’s trippin…

Posted May 13, 2008 by JohnJohn

Beyonce unveiled her new clothing line for little girls, or should I say trashy clothes for little girls. The new advertisement shows girls ages 5-9 years old in lipstick, high heels, make-up, and raunchy clothing.

It’s a well-known fact that people treat you based on how you’re dressed. Do we really want these little girls treated like women?

Wrong is wrong. I won’t even say much else on this one. Do you think she would dress her child like that?

See now R. Kelly, Karl Malone and all those other men have a case. If a kid wears Beyonce’s clothes that ups them about 6 years. Karl M. really thought that girl was 18.

I don’t agree with the heels, but the close don’t look distasteful to me. I’m sure when people see the kids wearing the Beyonce line they gone be like, “Damn, that little girl is so cute.” I really don’t see a problem with it. I still think it comes down to parenting.

How do I put this, AD that comment you made was real nasty. People should not be looking at kids saying, “Damn, that little girl is so cute” adults should never say damn, maybe awww. I’m going to pray for you.

Optimistic I don’t think AD meant it like that, or at least I hope not.

No, no, no, I did not say AD meant it that way. I’m sure AD didn’t mean any harm, but it was more of a message to watch for wording. It sounded a bit odd. That is all.

Optimistic, I ain’t mad atcha. I agree with the wording thing. i’ve got to remember, messaging can always be misunderstood according to how other people want to look at different things. Thank you for the correction.

Well well well if it isn’t my internet pal AD. You know I was giving you a hard time. I know you didn’t mean any harm, hoping you did not. Thanks for the correction. We have got to stop agreeing on stuff.

Optimistic, you might have an intersting point. I remember reading a few comments that AD left that made me go hmmmmmm. Now this! This IS the internet and you never know what kind of people are on here.

Now I didn’t say go off judging people. Real talk, you’re a new name, well this is the first I’ve seen of you. Don’t judge people. We all make mistakes. AD acknowledged the mistake. But don’t say I have an interesting point because you make it sound as though I judged AD. I didn’t I just informed AD to watch the wording. That’s all. Let’s not make this an AD post.

I wish Beyonce designed for little girls to be little girls. Now that she got them dressing grown (I’m not sayin skins), she’s taking the fun from playin dress-up. These lil girls don’t look trashy, but they look like a “mini-me” of her mom.

Beyonce can’t make money off clothes if the parents don’t buy them. Kids aren’t paying for their own clothes at that age. So as parent we need to stand against this sort of clothing. Because in the end we have no one to blame, but the parents. And about the AD stuff, people say dumb stuff all the time. Clinton talked about the assasination stuff, Huckabee said something about Obama, people say and write things that come off wrong to hearers and readers. All of you have pointed it out, I’m sure AD has read it, now let it die please!
