what is up with all the youngsters and they pants hanging off they ass. I see it on the streets and Im like ok, they live in da hood and for them its the uniform of the day. No expectations but chasing booty and making a record ..got it. Today I seen a delivery boy who works at his farther soul food place pants completly off his ass, My home girl son pants completly off his ass, I seen Jay Z in concert pants hangin of his ass, lets not even go into the lil wayne ordeal but now romeo son of a successful business man. WTF is going on?
