Bret Michaels suffers brain hemorrhage
Just last week Bret had emergency surgery to remove his appendix and now he’s in critical condition following a brain hemorrhage…we wish him well!
Rocker BRET MICHAELS is reportedly awake and "in good spirits" after suffering a brain hemorrhage on Thursday night (22Apr10).
The Poison frontman, 47, was recovering at home in Texas from surgery to remove his appendix when a blinding headache prompted him to check into hospital, where doctors discovered he had suffered a subarachnoid hemorrhage.
He was put in intensive care, where he underwent tests to determine the cause of the bleeding. He is now said to be in critical condition but , "in good spirits" and "talking", according to a new TMZ.com report.
Michaels, who is currently shooting U.S. reality show Celebrity Apprentice, has already scrapped a series of concerts following his appendectomy earlier this month (Apr10).
