Comedian to make light of sensitive topics including his own.
Comedian Chris Rock recently inked a new book deal in which he will shed humor on everyday events including some details from an alleged case in which Rock hired a Hollywood private eye to investigate a Hungarian model who accused him of fathering her child and later, of sexual assault.
Said one book publisher, “It’s sound so unreal that you’ve gotta’ be able to laugh about it. I’m sure people will be interested in what he’s going to say.” According to reports, Rock initially refused the book deal because he didn’t want to bring up the sensitive topic, but after consulting his advisors, the comedian agreed to cover the subject briefly in his new book.
Oddly enough, many fans seem unaware of the sexual assault allegations against Rock and he may be unearthing more than he expected. “That’s news to me,” said one fan. “He’s been able to keep that out of the media some how.”
