Queen Latifah won’t die

The Queen has pissed off a few Hollywood script writers…I think it was a smart move.

QUEEN LATIFAH has a no-death clause in her movie contract, which prevents directors from killing her characters off.

The rapper-turned-actress admits she insisted on the addition to her filming paperwork after characters she played lost their lives in Set It Off and Sphere.

The Chicago star says, "It occurred to me, ‘Wait a minute, you can’t do the sequel if you die in all these movies.’ I was like, ‘Randy – my agent – no more dying, OK.  I don’t care if they get mad.’"

ima have to diaagree with the queen some of the best movies is with the stars dying off. hell look at denzel and he is a way bigger actor than she is and he die off on his movies. most of the times sequels at all that anyway. i think she needs to stay versitile. act the hell out of that star dying role and you may get picked up for more movies and possibly that movie that has a sequel.

I agree with kiss. Keep the clause but base the decision on on individual projects, Im sure its good not to die in some projects but characters dieing is the best part of a lot of movies.
