I never blamed Soulja Boy for the failure of hiphop because each of us has the opportunity to cast our hiphop vote by the music we purchase.

 

Obviously, at one time he had a lot of voters. In the democracy known as hiphop who gets your vote…besides JohnJohn of course? icon wink Soulja Boy says... Im not real Hip Hop

    first of all I like dude lil dance tack peopoe all hip hop is trash to me. So he rite his music dont sound like that if everybody agree what hip hop sound like just call it something else and move around

    Pro…I feel you. I still can’t believe so many people blame Soulja Boy for the downfall of hiphop. I’m not really a fan of his, but I think he’s unfairly treated like the face of the “this ain’t hiphop movement” when in actuality hiphop is defined by each of us.
