Surprise…Suge Knight won’t pay child support

Singer MICHEL’LE TOUSSAINT is taking her bankrupt ex-husband MARION ‘SUGE’ KNIGHT to court over spousal and child support payments.

Toussaint – a former artist on Death Row Records, of which Knight was a founder – was married briefly to the fallen rap mogul in 1997 and the couple has a child together, named Bailel.

She is seeking over $40,000 in court ordered spousal support, and wants a bankruptcy judge to ensure Knight – who declared he was broke in 2006 – continues to honor the monthly $13,000 payments previously awarded to her by a divorce court, reports the Wall Street Journal.
