Terrence Howard going to jail?

Death and taxes…the only two things that are guaranteed.  Somebody forgot to tell Terrence Howard about the taxes part.

Terrence has been hit with a massive $3.1 million demand from U.S. tax officials, according to new reports.

Internal Revenue Service (IRS) officials are chasing Howard after he allegedly failed to pay taxes on his income during 2007 and 2008.

The Detroit News reports the lien was filed at the Montgomery County Prothonotary Office in Pennsylvania last month (25Jan10).  Officials claim the actor could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted on tax evasion.
