Chris Brown charged…he tried to kill Rihanna
The L.A. County District Attorney has officially charged Chris Brown with felony assault and making a criminal threat, also a felony.
Notes from detectives on the case state that the fight started when Rihanna read a three-page long text message from some other girl to Chris Brown. The two started fighting about the text and Chris tried to push her out of the car.
The notes also allege that he pushed her head into the passenger window and began punching her while he was driving. Chris allegedly told Rihanna that he was going to beat her even more when they got home.
After that, Rihanna called her assistant and told her to have the cops waiting for the couple at home. After hearing this, Chris told her “You just did the stupidest thing ever. I’m going to kill you.” The notes also state that Chris continued to beat at her, bite her and put her in a headlock.
When cops showed up, there was blood all over the car on her clothes. Rumor has it Rihanna will not testify against Brown in court. However source claim she told cops this wasn’t her first time Chris Brown beat her up.
She said he had gotten psychical in the past, but the violence was getting worse. Given there were visible injuries, the crime of making criminal threats is punishable by up to nine years in prison.
Being that Brown is a celebrity, has an expensive attorney, and Rihanna has forgiven him… we expect he won’t serve any jail time but instead get a plea deal for probation and attend anger management classes.
A cheap price to pay for trying to kill a woman.
