Mariah Carey’s husband Nick Cannon has taken a hand’s on approach to his wife’s professional career.
Many people predicted that the love affair between Cannon and Carey would spill into their business lives, and reportedly Cannon has taken a dominant role in the the dynamic singer’s career by becoming intimately involved with every private and professional decision.
Critics have already likened Cannon to being “controlling just like Ike Turner was to Tina”. Cannon’s only response has been that he and his wife will continue to work together as long as it is beneficial for both of them.
Said one gossip editor, “He’s bought her a house with her own money, he’s made her sing on his brother’s album for free…he’s directing all of her videos and even taking over some daily manager duties. She’s basically handed over the keys to her career”.
Looks like we found out who’s running things in that relationship.
