Rising rapper DRAKE collapsed onstage after his injured knee gave way during a show.
Drake was forced to pull out of a 30-minute set at the Young Money Presents: The America’s Most Wanted Music Festival trek earlier this week.
Doctors had advised him against performing so he could recover from a torn anterior cruciate ligament.
Drake was determined the show would go on, and vowed to make a guest appearance to collaborate with Lil Wayne.
He delighted the crowd at the show on Friday by performing with Weezy – but collapsed in agony after attempting a tricky spin move.
Drake was treated by medics backstage and is now recovering from the accident – and is set to undergo surgery to fix the ongoing injury.
In a post on his Twitter page, Drake writes, "All is well… on the bus laying down… getting surgery this week, but I’m walking."
