R&B singer Brandy has revealed details about her brother Ray J’s relationship with Whitney Houston.
Tabloid magazines have consistently reported that Whitney Houston has been dating Ray J on and off ever since she filed for divorce from ex-husband Bobby Brown in 2006.
But Brandy reveals her little brother has sworn to her there is no such romance and Houston is just a good friend. Said Brandy, “Every time I ask Ray J about Whitney he always says that’s just his friend. He’s not dating her. And I don’t think that he would lie to me”.
Yet, recently a celebrity gossip magazine revealed that the relationship was “played-up” by publicists to incite and capitalize on media attention claiming, “It was a match made in paparazzi heaven. You’ve got a cougar and a young buck…it just makes for good tabloid news”.
Houston has only gone public with saying, “Ray J and I are just good friends and I’m grateful for his support”.
