Witnesses say ex-NBA Star was too drunk to know the difference.
By now most people are aware that Charles Barkley was drinking heavily with actor Jaleel White and retired NFL player Michael Strahan at a Arizona bar before he was arrested for DUI on Wednesday.
Barkley had wine coolers in the car at the time of his arrest. As previously reported, Barkley told the arresting officer that he was on his way to “get a blow job” from a woman who had given him “the best one he ever had in his life”.
Today, witnesses at the bar claim that Barkley was actually going to meet a transvestite when he left the bar. One witness claims Barkley was “flirting” with a known transvestite who frequents the bar and “both of them left the bar around the same time”.
To Charles’s credit, “he could have easily mistaken the transvestite for a woman” especially since Charles was under the influence of alcohol.
The police report also mentioned that the officers found a handgun in the vehicle but the report doesn’t say if the handgun was legal or not.
