Denzel lands Obama movie role
DENZEL WASHINGTON is celebrating after reportedly landing the role of President BARACK OBAMA in a new movie.
The 54-year-old Oscar winner has long voiced his interest in playing Obama, 47, in a film - but feared he would be too old for the role by the time a picture of the politician’s life was eventually produced.
Washington has now confirmed he’s set to portray the President and he has the ultimate endorsement for his starring role.
The actor says, "It was at the President’s suggestion. The only problem is he has bigger ears than me."
