Eminem lands $3 million acting role
Rapper EMINEM is making a return to Hollywood – he’s landed a role in new comedy FUNNY PEOPLE.
The star, real name Marshall Mathers III, won critical acclaim for his role in autobiographical movie 8 Mile in 2002, but he put his budding acting career on hold to focus on his music.
But he’s now ready to pick up where he left off – scoring a small part in Judd Apatow’s latest project, appearing on the big screen alongside Adam Sandler, Seth Rogen, Eric Bana and Jonah Hill.
Eminem was reportedly paid $3 million for the supporting role and a percentage of royalties should the movie reach its sales goals.
