50 still cant sell his house
50 CENT has slashed a further $3.6 million off the price of his Connecticut mansion after failing to shift the property on the struggling housing market.
The In Da Club hitmaker - real name Curtis Jackson - bought the sprawling 19 bedroom, 37 bathroom house in Farmington in 2003 from retired boxing champ Mike Tyson.
He paid $5 million for the estate, but spent millions on improvements.
50 Cent then put the property up for sale in 2007, and lowered the asking price from $18.5 million to $14.5 million at the end of last year.
But the mansion failed to attract any interest and it was pulled it from the market in May.
However, 50 is having another go at off-loading the expensive property and has shaved a further few millions off the price tag in a bid to lure potential buyers.

That house seems to be cursed…he’ll end up shaving even more off the price before he sells it to the next fool.

On July 21, 2009 at 7:54 amWhy so many bathrooms. Mike must have irritable bowl syndrome or something. It is beyond me why you would have damn near twice as any bathrooms as bedrooms. Hope 50 cent took some of those potties out.
