Diddy tries to screw another artist…Yung Jock
Rapper YUNG JOC has launched a legal threat aimed at SEAN COMBS Bad Boy Records’ executives over cash and contract issues.
Joc intends to file a lawsuit against Bad Boy Records and Block Entertainment over royalties he claims he has yet to receive for his first two albums.
Speaking to Billboard.com, the rap star, real name Jasiel Robinson, says, "I haven’t been paid any royalties since I’ve been out, after over a million albums sold.
"For my first album, they gave me a $25,000 advance when I was supposed to get more… Then I had a million dollar budget for my second album - never even got an advance off of it. For the third one, they hit me with another $25,000, like I’m some chump in this s**t. And I just got tired of it."
Joc is blasting Diddy for his lack of support: "Diddy said he’s got to stay out of it because it’s between me and Block Entertainment. I was never signed to Block Entertainment, but they’ve been interfering with a lot of my business. I feel like Bad Boy isn’t doing anything to try to intervene and help the situation."
The legal spat is holding up work on Yung Joc’s third album, Mr. Robinson’s Neighborhood, which he has threatened to release independently later this year if the royalties matter isn’t resolved.

Every artist on Bad Boy should just file a lawsuit as soon as they get signed…just get the small stuff out the way.
