T-Boz may really be broke
TLC stars financial troubles seem more than just rumors.
“Celebrity Apprentice,” is returning for its eighth season on March 1 and to the surprise of many, Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins of the R&B group TLC has signed on to be a part of the show.
As one friend of the TLC star explained, “Tionne always said she wouldn’t do reality TV again. I am kinda’ surprised, but I guess it’s a good deal for her…in this economy, any job is a good job”.
Tabloid rumors surfaced in late 2008 that Watkins’ home was in danger of being repossessed, and although she later dismissed those rumors many fans sympathized with the singer.
“I hate to see her go broke…she’s such a good person and she has a family. I guess you do what you gotta’ do to support your family,” said one fan.
Watkins is joining a host of other former “A-List” celebrities in the reality TV drama including: Dennis Rodman, Brian McKnight, and Herschel Walker.
