Chris Brown called Rihanna…begging for forgiveness

Chris Brown

Embattled R&B star Chris Brown lavished gifts on birthday girl Rihanna in a bid to heal the rift between the pair.

The Umbrella singer put on a brave face and celebrated turning 21 with a low-key bash at a rented home in the Hollywood Hills less than two weeks after she was allegedly beaten by her pop star beau.

But, despite facing possible jail time over the alleged attack, Brown is desperate to try and win back his lover.  He bought her a diamond bracelet and necklace before making an emotional phone call to ask for forgiveness.

A source claims, “Chris called Rihanna to wish her a happy birthday and he’s really trying to get back into her good graces.”

And Rihanna is reportedly finding it difficult to turn her back on the relationship.  The insider adds, “It’s becoming more and more clear that she can’t be without him.”

We’ll see how this one plays out, but I’m guessing that Brown’s lawyer advised him to call her especially since most domestic abuse cases are only pushed as far as the victims wants it to go.

If she goes back to him, does she lose credibility?

I don’t think it’s very possible/at all possible he’ll get forgiven by Rihanna considering all the damage he has done to her.
But i hope her and him the best in life to recover.

OMG… they need to just let it go because I know just as well as everybody else that neither one of them are gonna be able to keep their hands to themselves unless of course they take some anger management classes (especially Chris) and some counseling to help work things out and we know that ain’t gonna happen either so they need to just love each other enough to let go.

Chris is wrong for beating up Rihanna. He is a woman beater and he needs to say goodbye to his career.

Chris brown is one of the sickest people i have ever seen. Sure he made it look as if he was a good guy all these years. But the fact of the matter is that he can’t seem to control himself. A man should never strike a woman. He may act like a man, but what he did is pathetic and shows just what kind of a person he really is. If he can’t control himself around his girlfriend, how can any other girl trust him. He should lose his whole life including his career, but there will always be people who will support him and be his loyal fans no matter what he does. I am NOT one of them. He may act tough, but when he laid his hands on her, it showed just how much of a wimp he truly is. He can go to heck for all i care, im through with him.

its okay to 4give but never 4get, if it were me i couldnt go back to him but its not my life.
i am just more afraid rihanna taking chris back and sending out the wrong message to younger women/girls 2 the point where they think its okay that a man/boy can puts their hand on them and get away with it.

Actually, it depends on which state you’re in because even if the victim doesn’t press charges, the state will with enough evidence. Hawaii and California are like that. Not sure where this all happened, but I think it was in Cali.

Lose credibility…? Who cares about credibility. By going back, she’s saying it’s okay to hit her. I’m more concerned about her losing her self worth and value.

Hit me once, that’s your fault. Hit me twice, that’s my fault.
