Former Girlfriends star says…’The writing was on the wall’
Actress speaks out about her final season.
Former Girlfriends star Jill Jones celebrated her birthday with singer Tank last night, and she finally went into detail about her final season on the popular TV series.
“I knew my run was over before it was over, the writing was on the wall. None of the girls would believe me,” said the Texas native.
Many rumors had been circulated about Jones’s departure being attributed to a “cat fight” between Jones and co-star Golden Brooks. When asked about their relationship she said, “It was just like any other job…sometimes things are cool and sometimes folks get on yo’ nerves”.
Since leaving Girlfriends, Jones has appeared in a series of commercials and her next film production entitled Drool, is set for release in late 2009.
