‘Fantasia has disappeared’…says authorities
Concerns for the American Idol star extends past financial obligations.
Fantasia Barrino appears to be in some deep trouble due to a loan she has yet to pay, and reportedly has gone missing despite multiple attempts by authorities to contact her.
A local sheriff in North Carolina where Barrino borrowed the home loan claims, “I tried at least a dozen times to reach her about the $65,000 she owes…but without success”.
Friends of the American Idol singer claim she is not in danger or considered missing from her family’s perspective. The family friend jokingly explained, “You know how we get when the Bill Collector comes calling. Even rich people hate the Bill Collector”.
According to court documents, Barrino’s lawyer was not present to represent her in court concerning the overdue bill, and her multi-million dollar Charlotte home is going on the auction block Monday.
