Lil’ Wayne is an Addict
Lil’ Wayne admits that he is addicted to “sizzurp”, a mixture of soda/alcohol and prescription-strength codeine…but states that he has no plans of giving up the drink that played a role in the death of legendary rapper “Pimp C” in December of 2007.
There’s a fine line between genius and crazy…but this one falls in the “STUPID” category

On March 20, 2008 at 5:33 amWow… well that explains a lot about Lil’ Wayne… Sometimes he raps so clever and cool that I’m like, “He did that.” And then there are those times where I’m left wondering, “why did he do that?” And now I know… the brother is on SOMETHING… I think it’s sad that some rappers lok up to him and even some kids and he comes out saying he knows he addicted, but he isn’t going to stop…Is this the future of hip hop?
