Was Michael Jackson murdered
A senior Los Angeles police chief has confirmed cops are refusing to rule out the possibility MICHAEL JACKSON was murdered.
William Bratton, the head of L.A. police, says officers are still waiting for the results of toxicology tests to determine how the King of Pop died.
He tells U.S. broadcaster CNN, "Are we dealing with a homicide or are we dealing with accidental overdose? I don’t have that information… We are still awaiting corroboration from the coroner’s office as to cause of death.
"That is going to be very dependent on the toxicology reports that are due to come back. And based on those, we will have an idea of what it is we are dealing with. So as we are standing here speaking, I can tell you I don’t have that information."
Jackson’s father Joe also reiterated his belief the singer’s death was not accidental, telling ABC News: "I do believe it was foul play."
