Beyonce to star in cartoon series
BEYONCE KNOWLES is delighted to be voicing a cartoon character on a children’s TV series because her young nephew idolizes the show.
The Crazy In Love hitmaker will lay down vocals as the lead singer in a girl group on network Nickelodeon’s hit kid’s program Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!.
And her four-year-old nephew Daniel, son of sister Solange, is looking forward to hearing his famous auntie on the show - even though he can’t quite believe she’s going to be making a cameo.
Knowles tells USA Today, “I told my nephew I was being considered for the role, and he didn’t believe me. The episodes haven’t aired on TV, so he still doesn’t believe me. He’s like, ‘Yeah, right, Auntie BB, you don’t know Wubbzy!’”
